On the morning of April 26, the reporter walked into the construction site of the project, and a number of processes were carried out in an orderly manner. At present, the capping of the main structure of the Phase 1.1 project has been completed by 80%, and it is expected that the overall completion and delivery will be completed in October this year.
"The project was officially delisted in May last year, and it was completed in less than a month to break the ice of investment promotion, and to achieve investment promotion when land was acquired. Wang Yuran, deputy general manager of the project, said. With the strong support of Huangpi District, the construction of East Lake High-tech Mulan Zhihui Valley Park is progressing smoothly, and up to now, more than half of the 1.1 phase of the project has achieved investment, and 14,000 enterprises have signed contracts in the park, including intelligent manufacturing, new materials, new energy and other fields.

The "East Lake High-tech Mulan Zhihui Valley" park is located in Huangpi District, and is jointly built by Wuhan East Lake High-tech Group Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Mulan Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. The project covers an area of about 170 acres, with a total construction area of about 130,000 square meters and a total investment of 3 billion yuan. After the completion of the park, more than 40 small and medium-sized high-tech, information technology application and innovative enterprises will be introduced to promote the cross-border organic integration of traditional industrial manufacturing and intelligent emerging technologies in Huangpi District.
At present, Huangpi is planning to build a thousand-acre park with Pansheng Technology as the leader and Mulan Zhihui Valley as the support, and build the first Xinchuang Industrial Park in Hubei Province.
