At present, the Hainan Provincial Deep-sea Technology Laboratory has been put into operation, with the deep-sea science and technology innovation public platform, the South China Sea Geological Science and Technology Innovation Base, the Hainan Deep-sea Technology Laboratory and other platforms as the main body, to promote the construction of the national deep-sea base south center platform, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Ministry of Natural Resources, CSSC and other relevant deep-sea science and technology institutions have also settled.
