Sri Lanka, formerly known as "Ceylon", is an island country in the Indian Ocean, with a land area of 65,610 square kilometers, about double the size of our Hainan Island, with a population of more than 20 million. Sri Lanka's terrain is like a jewel, in fact it is also rich in all kinds of red, blue, cat's eye and other gemstones, with the reputation of "gem kingdom". In addition, Ceylon black tea is well-known and sells well all over the world. Surrounded by the Indian Ocean, Sri Lanka is a charming tourist destination with its beautiful coastal scenery.
We flew from Xiamen to Guangzhou, then took a SriLankan Airlines flight, and after a five-and-a-half-hour flight, we finally arrived in Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka.
Sri Lankan flight attendant uniforms are very ethnic, backless and waist-revealing, with peacock motifs on it, very beautiful.
This is a photo of a flight attendant taken on a plane. Women in Sri Lanka are fat and beautiful, so flight attendants are also very plump.
Overlook this beautiful coastal city from above Colombo
From the plane, the houses in downtown Colombo are not high, with red roofs, and they are still beautiful in the past.
Upon arrival we first went to a star hotel in Colombo for breakfast
The restaurant at this hotel is right by the sea and you can eat while admiring the sea view.
Breakfast is a Western buffet with local Sri Lankan dishes.
This is a typical Sri Lankan dish, very similar to India, and also a variety of curries.
Lanka's pineapples were delicious, sweet and juicy.

Sri Lanka is full of coconut trees, especially this golden yellow coconut.
Located in the capital Colombo's Independence Square, Sri Lanka officially declared its independence on 4 February 1948, when it ended its British colonial history.
At the center of Merdeka Square is the National Monument, built to commemorate Sri Lanka's break from British colonial rule.
Look at the National Memorial from another angle
Sri Lanka is very worshipful of lions, which symbolize bravery and strength, and have lion motifs on the national flag.
Surrounded by 60 lions, the memorial represents 60 kings in Sri Lankan history.
Sri Lanka is a member of the Commonwealth, and the inscriptions at the National Monument still have English on them.
The 60 stone lions are unique and very different from the common stone lion images in our country. [Sneak laugh]
Premier Zhou Enlai gave a speech in Independence Square during his visit to Sri Lanka in 1957
Locals bring their children to Play in Independence Square
The Independence Hall was built to mimic the hall where the royal family received pilgrims during the Kandy dynasty
In the center of the square is a statue of the Father of the Nation of Sri Lanka, Senanayake
He was the leader of the Sri Lankan independence movement, leading the people to win the independence of the country.
Next, visit another building that bears witness to Sino-Sri Lankan friendship - the Bandaranaike International Convention Center, which was built by China in the 1970s and is very majestic.
This is Bandaranaike Square, opposite the Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka.
Fountain on the square
Since it was built with the help of the mainland, the building looks familiar on the outside.
On the way, I met a group of people in military uniforms and red uniforms, not knowing what they were doing.
Most of Sri Lankans have dark skin, very good-looking facial features, and a big smile. Local students are uniformly dressed. Sri Lanka is not as patriarchal as India, and girls are loved by their parents as well.
Sri Lankan women feel better looking than Indian women, who allow back and waist, but not shoulders and legs. Local women walk with a sari and the shoulder straps are very beautiful.
This was the driver's son, so pretty looking, I couldn't help but go up and squeeze it several times. [Cover your face]
Sri Lanka and India are across the sea, the earliest Sri Lankans came from India, although the two countries have the same ancestors, but there are great differences in culture. First of all, India has a strict caste system and strict hierarchies, while Sri Lanka does not have this bad habit. The vast majority of Indians believe in Hinduism, but Sri Lanka is a Hinayana Buddhist country, with more than 70% of the population believing in Buddhism. India is very dirty, even in the capital Delhi, there are many people who defecate everywhere, holy cows can be seen everywhere, but Sri Lankans are very hygienic, the roads are clean and tidy, there are no animals walking, especially toilets, very clean, which makes a good impression on me.
