3. Now that electronic payment is very convenient, what is the significance of the digital yuan?

But the digital yuan does not require a third party. The degree of technological development in developed countries in Europe and the United States is not lower than that of us, and the requirements of digital currencies for science and technology are not necessarily so sophisticated, why are they "stupid" to keep paper money? The first is privacy. Cash is currently the best anonymous payment method, and its privacy protection is unmatched by cryptocurrencies. The second is the payment terms.
