"Mizuki Kiyoshi"
Mizuki Nianhua, the name taken from tsinghua university's famous attraction "Mizuki Qinghua", it was co-founded by two Tsinghua scholars.
In 1989, Lu Gengzhi was admitted to the Department of Architecture of Tsinghua University with the first place in Yingkou City, Liaoning Province, while Li Jian was escorted to Tsinghua University.

In 1990, Lu Gengzhi, who had been a guitar all day, participated in the school guitar grand prix and won the second place, and then he was invited to join the school literary club and the literary and art club choir.
Just at this time, the major campuses began to blow a "folk wind", Lu Gengzhi instantly opened up, and he decided to write his own songs.
After that, Lu Gengzhi and his classmates set up a "Dream Prairie" choir at the school and won the first prize in the 1992 Beijing College Song Competition.
Since then, the "Dream Prairie" choir has often performed in major universities, and successfully held the "Dream Prairie" Tsinghua concert at graduation.
At this time, Lu Gengzhi was no longer a layman in music, he could play guitar, write songs, and gradually gain fame on campus, but the road of music was not easy to walk.
After graduation, Lu Gengzhi worked as an architect for a while, but he still can't forget the time when he was sprinkling blood on music at school.
So he resolutely quit his job as an architect and became a "wandering singer". At that time, Lu Gengzhi's parents strongly opposed his decision, but the music "blinded" his eyes, and he did not see the disappointment in his parents' eyes.
Lu Gengjiao, who ran into a wall outside, returned home, found his parents and promised them, "After this album, if it doesn't work, I won't sing it."
The matter is a foregone conclusion, and Lu Gengji's parents can only support their children, and they use their savings to make an album for him.
In August 2000, Lu Gengji's first original album "Future Future" was born. Unexpectedly, this album successfully made Lu Gengzhi famous, and he was discovered by Beijing Xiyangyang Cultural Development Co., Ltd.

Unlike Lu Gengjiao, Li Jian was born in a literary and artistic family, influenced by his family, studied opera, and practiced martial arts.
In his junior high school years, it was the hit movie "Roadside Guitar Team" that made him have a strong interest in guitar. So his parents bought him a guitar.
Since then, Li Jian began to learn guitar and was exposed to music.
In 1993, Li Jian participated in the winter camp held by Tsinghua University for literary and art lovers across the country, and he won the first place in the country with a song "Speak from the Heart", successfully added 50 points to the college entrance examination, and was finally escorted to the Department of Electronic Engineering of Tsinghua University.

Li Jian and later Mizuki Nianhua member Miao Jie were classmates, while Lu Gengzhi was their senior, and music was the bridge between them.

In 1994, Li Jian and Miao Jie won the first place in the "First Campus Song Contest" held by Tsinghua University, in which the repertoire was the song written by Lu Gengzhi - "Collecting Youth", and this song was later "A Lifetime with You".
During college, the three of them often participated in competitions together, performed on major campuses together, and held farewell concerts at graduation parties together, and it was like the three of them had finally found a lifelong friend who was like-minded.

So at that time, "A Lifetime with You" became a confessional divine comedy between couples, and it also became a popular song in the graduation season.
In 2002, at the 8th Global Chinese Music Chart Awards Ceremony, Mizuki Nianhua defeated Xuecun's "Northeast People Are Living Lei Feng" with "A Lifetime with You" and won the "Most Popular Newcomer Award in Mainland China".
The success of "A Lifetime with You" has made the Mizuki Nianhua group popular, and Lu Gengshu and Li Jian have also been active and traveling continuously.

Although the departure of these two regiment members caused the foundation built before Mizuki Nianhua to split into pieces, Lu Gengzhi did not give up.
