In addition, UFS 4.0 is 46% less power efficient than UFS 3.1, providing a continuous read speed of 6.0MB/s per milliampere (mA), which is said to have reached the level of "the best performer among mobile devices today". Samsung also said that this time the UFS 4.0 flash memory may have a 1TB version optional, combined with the current UFS 3.1 has provided 1TB capacity of the version, the future we may also be able to see a larger capacity of flash memory.
Combined with the previously announced LPDDR5X memory, the future generation of flagships may use a combination of LPDDR5X + UFS 4.0 to further improve the rate of storage and application.
