How to turn on the background sound function in iOS 15
The background feature does not have a separate app, but is placed in the accessibility settings of the iPhone and iPad. While Siri commands can't use this feature, you can set an accessibility shortcut for the background sound, or use Control Center to quickly access it. Here are the steps to turn on the background tone function of iOS 15:
Open Settings, swipe down and tap Accessibility - Select Audio/Visual - Find Background Sound, click the toggle button at the top to turn on background sound, the default is rain sound.
1. Click the name of the current sound to view, audition or change other sound options;
2. Drag the slider to adjust the volume;
3. You can choose whether to use the background tone when playing the media.
How do I use a background tone in Control Center?
Open Settings - Control Center - Tap +next to Hearing, select the ear icon, and tap the background tone at the bottom of the screen to add it to Control Center.
