To raise the height of the soul is to learn to nourish your altruism through your daily actions, to do your best to help those around you, and to pass on your love.
In fact, the so-called altruistic heart does not necessarily require us to do great things. Altruism is not far away from us.
Each of us has our own work, and working hard and focusing on work is not an altruistic practice.
Blessing and praying from the heart is also a way to raise the height of the soul.
Altruism is to have others in mind, to hope that the other party is good from the heart, no matter how big or small the event is, it is worthy of recognition.
The reason why people pursue material things in this life is to find love, and love is very close. Love is our way home.
Perhaps, as you walk, you forget, and mistake your external gains for the solution to go home.
