When I first entered the library with a beautiful vision, this tie was ten years, and in this decade I grew from an ignorant student who had just graduated to a librarian who loved the library business. In my busy and fulfilling work, I am often touched by those readers who love to read, and I am also deeply inspired by the spirit of the librarians around me who are silently dedicated and willing to be the lamplighters.

Readers
During the rotation, I spent a year in the window department, the window always has a lot of big readers and small readers to read books in the library every day, when the desks and chairs are not enough, they will sit directly on the ground, at that time I especially like to find books for readers, whenever I see them get their beloved books, I feel a special sense of satisfaction.
The person who impressed me the most was an old reader. For a long time, almost every day, an old man with gray sideburns could be seen carrying a bag to the library to read. In his memory, he always came early, gently placed the bag on the open space at the door of the reading room, washed his hands, and then went to the reading room to read and read the newspaper. Cold and summer, rain or shine. Whenever I met him in the corridor, I returned with a sincere smile, and my heart was touched, more respectful and admired.
The modern fast food culture has made it impossible for many people to calm down and come to the library to quietly read and study, but there are always some people who stick to their inner beliefs and use their actions to set an example for the civilization of this era.

Colleagues
Because I am a foreigner, when I first arrived at the library, my colleagues took a lot of care of me, and my work and life were inseparable from the help and support given by every colleague around me. I clearly remember that when I first entered the museum, my colleagues were like my family, giving me the warmth of family. In my work, they taught me that cooperation represents efficiency, unity represents strength; they unreservedly imparted to me the experience that when I make mistakes, it is not harsh, but to guide me out of the wrong area; when I encounter difficulties, they encourage me to face them positively and optimistically. They are willing to be ladders, selfless dedication in their respective posts, their attitude to work has given me a new understanding of the position of librarian, and guided me to treat my career seriously.
The most influential person is the director of my department, who has been working in the library for thirty-three years, treats his work extremely seriously and responsibly, and has a very high reputation among colleagues, and everyone affectionately calls him "Old Scalper". For many years, he has always taken the museum as his home, and when there is a need in the museum, he must be the first person to stand up, use his not very strong body as the main force, never shout bitter and tired in the face of dirty work and tired work, be diligent and earnest, and work hard and complain. He often uses his rest time to help other units build libraries, send books to the countryside with volunteers, and always gives up the excellent quota selected by the public to young people every year, silently dedicating his light and heat in the library. His dedication, helpfulness and selfless work spirit have become a benchmark figure for the library and influence the new and old librarians.

Curatorial section
From the beginning of the establishment of the library, Director Li witnessed the process of the local library from scratch, worked diligently, and poured a lot of effort into the development of the library.
He was a very kind leader, humorous, funny, smiling and squinting every day, as if he had never bothered. Daily attention is paid to the development of the reader's work, and whenever the reader has a demand, he will arrange the work at the first time to meet the needs of the reader as much as possible. He attaches great importance to the cultivation of the quality of librarians, and will arrange the training and learning of the library staff as soon as he has the opportunity, encourage the librarians to learn professional knowledge, improve their professional qualities, innovate work methods and methods, and vigorously support the development of various activities in the library.
He went to the unit very early every day to inspect the work before the opening of the museum. Once, when I arrived at the unit earlier, I saw a person picking up things at the side door in the distance, and when I looked closer, I saw that it was the curator, who picked up the breakfast box, plastic bag and waste paper that had been discarded on the ground and threw it into the trash can. At that moment, my heart was shaken, and I was glad to work with such an approachable leader.
Kufayev said: "Books are not only the source of life, but also the source of the present, past and future cultural life", having books as a companion is a great blessing in life, sharing and passing on good books to more people is my original intention and mission, and it is also a lifelong career as a librarian!
