The survey results of the first failure time period show that for most of the surveyed car owners, the first failure of the vehicle occurred within 1 month of the purchase of the car, accounting for 38.5%.
In further investigation of car owners, we found that the proportion of non-human failures in body accessories and electrical appliances was the highest, which was also reflected in the survey results of "the most serious quality problems or defects of this car". After investigation, it was found that owners complained the most about the Versailles C5 X's problems in "jitter" and "other", accounting for 84.6% and 38.5% respectively, most of which were "body resonance", "audio-visual system failure" and "engine jitter" problems.

In this survey of Dongfeng Citroen Versailles C5 X pre-sales/after-sales service, all the car owners surveyed chose "authorized 4S shop" for maintenance channels. In addition, of the 110 questionnaires received, 21 questionnaires showed that car owners had encountered pre-sales/after-sales service problems, accounting for 19.1%.

Some car owners said they had encountered the problem of "poor quality of accessories".
However, in the overall evaluation of pre-sales/after-sales service, the car owners surveyed still gave an objective evaluation, of which 34.5% of the owners were considered "satisfied"; the proportion of owners who thought that "average" was the highest, 46.4%; and the proportion of evaluations that clearly stated "dissatisfaction" was 19.1%.
Overall
