The "rare confusion" of Zheng Banqiao, the old ancestor of the family, is well known to everyone. But it seems that it is all good to say, it is difficult to think about, and there are not many people who have been practicing, and so are they.
As I get older, I hear more "confused" sounds. "This thing is confused" and "this man is confused" and other sighs are heard from time to time.
I couldn't help but seriously ponder, what is to understand and see through? What is "confused" and not "confused"?
When I was in Ningxia, I went to Gannan Labrang Monastery and had a conversation with a senior monk.
I asked: Everyone says "love", is love something inside the body or something outside the body? Monk's Answer: Feelings are in the heart, and the inside and outside of the body come from one heart, and there is no need to distinguish between them.
I asked: How can there be so many regrets in the world that people do not like, things that are not desired, and feelings that do not belong? Monk's answer: The world is full of things, and it is regret.
I asked: Is the body a pleasure, and the heart is a pain, and both belong to fate? Monk's answer: Karma, that is, mutilation and loneliness. Loneliness is a constant fate, and cherishing is a blessing.
I asked: How does the happiness of the heart reside? Monk's Answer: Participate in love, cherish love, do nothing to be tired, and have no desire but stillness.
I asked: How can you be as wise as you are? Monk's answer: Wisdom without wisdom is wisdom, and no confusion means no happiness!
"Wisdom without wisdom is wisdom, and no confusion is happiness!" One by one, I was empowered, and I suddenly felt that I was shallow!
Only then do I know more deeply that "it is rare to be confused" is really a golden word!
If you think about it, just the four words of "rare confusion" have their origins as wise as heaven.
Zheng Banqiao spent the night in the home of a self-proclaimed "confused old man", and when he saw a very large brick platform, the stone was delicate and exquisite, and he knew that it was the best in the world.
The old man asked Zheng Banqiao to leave an ink treasure, and Zheng Banqiao called himself according to the old man, and inscribed the four words of "rare and confused".
Seeing that there was still room, he asked the old man to write a poem, and the old man wrote with a pen: "It is difficult to get a beautiful stone, it is especially difficult to get a stubborn stone, and it is even more difficult to transfer from a beautiful stone to a stubborn stone."
Beauty is in the middle, stubborn in the outside, hiding the savage's house, not entering the door of wealth and nobility. The square seal of the money was: "The township test is the first, the provincial test is the second, and the temple test is the third." ”
Zheng Banqiao was shocked, knowing that he had met a high-ranking hermit official with high sentiments.
Seeing that there was still a blank space in the Yantai, he raised his pen and wrote again: "It is difficult to be clever, it is especially difficult to be confused, and it is even more difficult to turn from being clever to being confused." Put one go, take a step back, feel at ease at the moment, and report it later. ”
The old man praised. Because it says a simple but profound truth: it is difficult to be a smart person who is not confused, and it is even more difficult for a smart person to be "confused".
Zheng Banqiao only painted three things in his life: the orchid of the four hours, the bamboo of a hundred sections of evergreen, and the undefeated stone of eternity.
The holiness of Lan, the integrity of bamboo, and the tenacity of stone all contain the great wisdom and holiness after "rare confusion".
I remember when I was a child, among children, where there was any understanding and confusion, no good or bad, no right or wrong.
Just finished mixing with my classmates, just said "don't pay attention to you anymore", just turned around and ran around the neck and waist together to play the Tibetan cat and cat fan paper pieces, but the happiness at that time was unforgettable.
When I grow up, many times and many things can be understood, seen through, and not confused.
I will never open my mouth again, nor will I hear "I will ignore you again", but some people who are not in the same way and even colleagues and friends have got off the bus and gone their own way.
Things and people see clearly, not "confused", but look less happy, see lost, see no more.
Older, more experienced, but really from the heart do not want to understand, do not want to see through, willing to "confused".
For decades, he has been envious and pursuing insight, cultivating the cave like a fire, and gaining the realm of "overlooking the mountains and small".
I think this is the wisdom of life that is necessary for work and life. Colleagues also said that I "do not rub sand in my eyes, do not show mercy in my mouth, and do not hide dirt in my heart."

It is the most stupid thing in the world to drive birds and fish for the sake of the bushes, and to drive the fish in the depths.

"Rare confusion" is the product of the year and experience. I like (Song) Jiang Jie's Yu Meiren's "Listening to the Rain", which makes this "confusion" and the truth of understanding beautiful.
The poem says: The boy listens to the rain song upstairs, and the red candle dims the tent. In the prime of life, listening to the rain in the passenger boat, the river is wide and the clouds are low, and the broken geese are called the west wind.
And now listening to the rain monks, the sideburns have been stars also. Joy and sorrow are always merciless. Before the first term, drip until dawn.
Teenagers listen to the rain, feel the rain hit the plantain, feel the rain blow tender willows, feel the companionship of beautiful people, full of romance. Listening to the rain in the prime of life, having experienced the bitter wind and rain, this rain is thick and lonely;
In his later years, listening to the rain, he was accustomed to clutching sorrow and joy, and he had long been at ease with the encounter, and he was indifferent, so he "dripped until dawn before one term".
It truly expresses the different perceptions and cognitive transformations of things at different stages of life.
"Rare and confused", the emphasis is on the word "difficult", and the difficulty lies in cognition. When you think that you are "not confused", you are really "confused", and when you become "confused", you are not confused, and your experience has four stages.
The first order is "not confused". That is to say, the so-called clear observation, the hammer and baht will be compared. The result is disharmony with people, with unhappiness, a chicken feather;
The second order is "practicing confusion." The so-called blindness, deafness. The heart is clear, the mouth is nothing. But I was a little dismissive, feeling that it was always a bit "fake" and a little dismissive.
I feel that it is difficult to be long-lasting with friends, and it is difficult to be long-lasting with friends, and it is difficult to be in peace with my heart; but some people say that it is also a kind of cultivation that knows without saying anything, and it is a matter of opinion;
The third order is "learning to be confused." In fact, this is a real transformation or even subversion of the way of thinking.
Due to the mentality and even the inferiority, people often turn a blind eye to good and excellent people and square inches, or become accustomed to it, and even exaggerate their words about faults.
"Learning to be confused" means learning to look at people's advantages and strengths, and to positively recognize people's ways of dealing with people. Its praise also ranges from politeness to sincerity, which is the cultivation of true kindness to others;
The fourth order is "habituation and confusion", which becomes a mindset and implanted in the heart. At this point, you may have cultivated from "confused" to "immortal".
Speaking of which, there are many confused people, confused things and confused postures in the world, and the measurement standards are very different.
Whether it is cultivating oneself, returning to the basics, or being sincere and kind. In the final analysis, "rare confusion" is a state of mind, morality and personality.
It is the soberness after seeing the complexity and darkness of the world, it is the letting go after experiencing the world's troubles and ramblings, it is the pattern, the height and the vision, the courage and self-confidence.
My feeling is that after a long time of "rare confusion", you will definitely surpass yourself.
You will sincerely feel that your eyes are full of good heavens and good people, look at the blue sky, look at the green of the earth, see everyone's beauty, unpleasant eyes, and your happiness is always everywhere.
From "rare confusion" to "confused fairy", you can enjoy the triple realm.
For example, that year I ascended Laoshan Mountain. When you climb the boulder at the top of Laoshan Mountain, look around, the first realm is nothing, empty;
The second realm, light mist Zen heart, cloud cirrus cloud Shu; the third realm, infinite scenery, extremely beautiful and dangerous peaks! In fact, the scenery is no different, the mood is different!
However, the jixian cave on the hilltop opposite the mountainside is clearly visible in the clouds, and the great beauty is seen in the "confusion" of the fog barrier, which is deeply engraved in the heart.
On the photo of the summit that my friend took for me, I inscribed from the bottom of my heart the historical photo of "Climbing this mountain, Fang Zhi Immortal is a person, and a person is a fairy".
In the final analysis, whether it is "immortal" or "mortal", only by having a clean and pure heart is the totem of the heart of the "confused immortal" and the greatest respect for life and world affairs.
After half a lifetime of vicissitudes, fang reached the realm of "rare confusion" - half a life of "confused" half a world immortal! It's too late, it's not too late!
