An internal and external circulation button can control the air inlet
Inside the car, there is an internal and external circulation switch button, through which the air intake can be controlled.
There is a baffle in front of the car, and when we turn on the outer loop, the baffle is opened and the wind outside the car can come in through the inside of the mouth.
When moving at high speed, a negative pressure is formed inside and outside the car, and the air flow will go in from the air inlet, and when it comes out of the air outlet, there will be warm air inside the car.
Two sources of heat from the wind
The first source of heat is the waste heat emitted from the engine, the engine is in operation, the temperature is particularly high, the summer heat dissipation is not so good, the heat is trapped in the engine.
When the car runs up, the wind blows in from the front grille, and the hot air blows out of the air conditioner outlet, which is more obvious if it runs at high speed.
The second source of heat is the warm feng shui box inside the car's air conditioning system. All of our diesel engine cars use the residual heat of the engine when they turn on the warm air in winter, and the warm water box is connected to the antifreeze system.
But there is a valve in the middle, if necessary, open the valve, and the heated antifreeze will enter from the inside of the valve and divert into the warm water box.
Maybe at this time, the valve of the cold and warm air distribution in your air conditioning system is in the warm air gear, and the warm wind and water box is like the radiator in our winter home.
The wind comes out when passing through the radiator, and now it is the time to change seasons, and you may have used the warm air not long ago, so the temperature of your air conditioner is set relatively high.
Or your air conditioning knob is still rotated on the side of the warm air, this time your warm wind box valve is not closed, the car inside the high temperature antifreeze into the warm wind and water box.
In addition to taking away part of the heat from the engine, the air flow running in from the outer circulation port is also a considerable part of the heat from the heating wind box, which becomes very hot at this time by blowing out the natural air flow.
Workaround
The first point is to eliminate the source of wind
That is to say, the outer circulation is opened into an internal circulation, and the outer opening is blocked, and the wind cannot come in, and there will naturally be no warm wind when it comes in.
The second point is to eliminate heat sources
The largest source of heat, the heat source of the warm water tank, is also very simple, if your air conditioner is manual, you just need to rotate the knob to the blue area.
If your air conditioner is automatic, then you adjust the air conditioner to a relatively low temperature, for example, 20 degrees below and then turn off the air conditioner, at this time the air distribution valve of the air conditioner will turn off the warm air.
The wind that goes in will no longer flow through the place of the warm feng shui box, and if the heat inside the warm feng shui box is not brought out, there will naturally be no warm air coming out of the car.
