More than 80% of respondents chose a good lifestyle (physical fitness, balanced diet, combination of work and leisure, etc.) as the first choice for disease prevention, followed by vaccination.

However, the reality is that only 22% of the middle-aged and elderly people have been vaccinated against shingles and only 32% have been vaccinated against pneumococcal pneumonia, and in addition, 33% of them have not been vaccinated against any of the above vaccines. ”
The stark contrast in these data suggests that most people who have experienced the disease "regret" and underestimate the various effects of common infectious diseases.
