Anku Zhixin officially released two mid-to-high-end uncooled infrared detectors

(Global TMT, April 22, 2022) Anku Zhixin, as a supplier of high-performance sensor analog chips, the two high-end uncooled infrared detectors officially released this time are high-performance AK series products carefully built to meet the needs of professional industry users: AK640/AK384. The series has been successfully installed in the latest Xiaoan handheld thermal imaging camera of Thermal Imaging Technology.

AK series uncooled infrared detectors

The AK series detectors provide Turn-key application design reference and development support services, and their simple and easy-to-use features can minimize the time-to-market (Time-to-Market) of the user's complete product.

1. Ultra-sensitive, NETD as low as 30mK or less: BASED ON A highly sensitive VOx material 17um cell size MEMS sensor, with better infrared radiation absorption capacity, providing 640x512 and 384x288 resolutions;

2. Self-developed architecture, low power consumption, high frame rate, high integration: The core readout chip adopts the self-developed "ACAM" architecture added by a number of licensed patented technologies, and integrates a 14-bit column-level high-speed low-power ADC on the chip, and has the advantages of low power consumption (AK384 can be as low as 50mW), high frame rate (AK384 can be as high as 100Hz) and high integration;

3. Support imaging + temperature measurement: The package adopts PGA/CLCC TEC-free ceramic package to meet the needs of high reliability and strong thermal stability. AK series detectors fully consider the user's multi-scenario application needs, and can flexibly switch between different modes such as high response and wide dynamic to achieve the perfect integration of imaging + temperature measurement.
