Jiwei network news, on December 14, Gaode Infrared issued an evening announcement, the company recently signed a contract with the customer for a certain type of infrared thermal imaging camera product order, the contract amount of 1.451 billion yuan, accounting for 43.53% of the company's audited operating income in 2020. The signing of the contract is the centralized large-scale procurement of the company's existing model projects, which continues the continuous and rapid growth of orders for various models of products in recent years, and shows the company's technical strength and significant competitive advantage in the infrared industry. The company is the only supplier of a core component of the existing model project, according to the agreement, the company has received a large amount of advance payment, will be actively prepared and produced on schedule to ensure the timely delivery of the model product.

It is understood that Gaode Infrared also has a complete set of development and batch production technology of "China Infrared Core" with completely independent intellectual property rights, which has broken the technical blockade of the West for many years and achieved complete autonomy and controllability, and has built three 8-inch (refrigerated tellurium cadmium mercury, Class II superlattice, non-refrigerated) infrared focal plane detector batch production lines.

In terms of the development of new technologies for infrared detectors, Gaode Infrared is extending to a larger array scale, smaller cell size, higher sensitivity (NETD), and shorter thermal response time, and the packaging technology has developed from chip level (metal, ceramic) to wafer level and pixel level, from monochrome to bi-color/multi-color upgrade. Among them, the 1280x1024@15 μm medium wave two-color II. superlattice refrigeration infrared detector developed by Gaode Infrared has passed the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements, and the overall level has reached the international advanced level, filling the domestic gap, and realizing the real sense of two-color detection, new products, large-area array wafer level packaging 640x512@12 μm and 1280x1024@12 μm into the product finalization stage.

According to the data, the main business of Gaode Infrared covers four major business sectors: infrared focal plane detector chip, infrared thermal imaging machine and integrated photoelectric system with infrared thermal imaging as the core, complete equipment system as the whole, traditional non-lethal ammunition and information ammunition.
