Mars to build a high-speed rail "Mars Survival" new DLC will add Mars Express

Next week, Surviving Mars, a space-building game, will add three new user-generated DLCs, with a new look at buildings, new radio stations, and the Mars Express — turning the space game into a sci-fi train game.

Since last September's "Beyond and Beyond" expansion pack, Survival on Mars' first major DLC will land in the game next April 29. In fact, three DLC packs will be launched on the same day, all of which are made by users.

These "content creator packs" are essentially official mods. The Mars Express is the highlight, produced by modmakers Lucian 'LukeH' Hada and Sylvain 'Silva' Maupetit, which will add a fully functional train system to survivors of Mars. Players can build stations outside their domes and then use their space train to transport people and resources. According to the official website, it is even possible to see why the colonists traveled and observe how frustrated they would be if they could not find a seat or missed the train.

The second DLC is the Skin, which adds ten new building looks to give your colony a new look. The third DLC contains a brand new music station, Revival Radio, offering about 70 minutes of new music.
