The official roll-off of the "King Kong Mining Bully" pure electric wide-body dump truck will give a new force to the green transformation of mainland mine transportation. In the future, SAIC Hongyan intelligent unmanned driving technology will also be applied to the "King Kong Mining Bully", with its intelligent technology to give green mine transportation new wisdom, bringing greater value and better experience to users.
Maximum bearing: "Diamond Mining Bully" pure electric wide-body dump truck adopts the industry-leading high-strength frame assembly without secondary girder frame assembly, front oil and gas rear plate spring suspension system and high-load mining card special axle, which can carry 150 tons of vehicle and cargo weight, and is currently the largest pure electric wide-body mining dump truck in China.
The strongest power: "King Kong Mining Bully" adopts a dual motor drive system, with a peak power of 700kw (equivalent to 950 horsepower), a maximum output torque of 4800Nm, a maximum climbing capacity of more than 30% at full load, and an empty car driving speed of up to 50km/h, which is currently the most powerful pure electric wide-body mining dump truck in China.
The longest endurance: "Diamond Miner" adopts an efficient intelligent energy recovery algorithm, the braking energy recovery efficiency is high, which can greatly improve the vehicle mileage, and the total power of the lithium iron phosphate battery equipped with it reaches 563Kw · h, is currently the largest battery capacity of pure electric wide-body mining dump truck.
At the same time, SAIC Hongyan "Diamond Mining" pure electric wide-body dump truck has energy storage emergency steering system, dual circuit brake system, ABS system, in the active safety level to give multiple guarantees; the use of AMT automatic transmission and full hydraulic steering system, the driving process smooth shift, light and sensitive steering, greatly improving driving comfort; the use of two-way temperature control technology all-weather power battery system, easy to cope with the impact of high altitude, cold, high temperature and other climates in the northern mining areas of the mainland.
