On April 13, Dongfeng Fengshen's new medium-sized SUV Haoji officially debuted online. The new car is based on Dongfeng Group's DSMA advanced modular architecture platform and is scheduled to go on sale in the second half of this year.
In terms of appearance, Haoji adopts a design language called "Wind Language" as a whole. Straight waterfall type front grille design, which adopts a split headlight design, LED daytime running lights using a double oblique rod light source layout, the lower split type lights for high and near lights, and with a lens function.
On the side of the body, the new car has a two-tone body design, and the rim, mirrors and door handle positions have been blackened. The lines on the side of the body play a waist-tightening effect, making the Haoji side look quite smart and tight.
The rear of the new car adopts LED through-type taillights, and part of the taillights echo the front daytime running lights, the center of the taillights is the English logo of the car name, and the tail also uses a bilateral exhaust.
Judging from the published design drawings, the interior console of the new car is very layered, the two-color interior of the upper white and the lower dark shows elegance, the instrument panel and the central control screen through the design, the steering wheel also adopts a two-color design, and the two-spoke design is particularly chic. The interior seats also echo the two-tone interior theme.
In terms of power, the company will have a hybrid version and a fuel version, and the hybrid version is equipped with a Dongfeng Mach-powered MHD hybrid engine. The fuel version is powered by a 1.5T engine, a maximum power of 150 kW (204 hp), and a peak torque of 350 Nm, which is matched by a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.
