Zhou Guanghui: A native of Macheng, Hubei Province, he is a member of the Communist Party of China. He once served as the principal of Hubei Macheng Normal School, Macheng Polytechnic School, Huanggang Electric Cannabis City Branch and Macheng Vocational Education Group. The first outstanding principal of Huanggang City. He is a member of the Chinese Yuelian Society and a member of the Chinese Poetry Society. He is a director of hubei poetry society and vice president of huanggang poetry society. President of the Macheng Poetry Society. He has published a large number of poetry works in more than ten newspapers and magazines such as "Chinese Poetry". His works have won many awards in various poetry competitions at the national, provincial and municipal levels. In October 2017, he was awarded the honorary title of "Backbone of Jingchu Poetry". The first issue of "Dongpo Chibi Poetry" in 2017 "Edong New Rhyme" featured to promote his campus poetry works.
