Marshall teamed up with Mini to build a mobile discotheque

British Restomod company David Brown Automotive recently unveiled a new model, the Mini Remastered Marshall Edition, which actually emerged in partnership with Marshall Amplification to celebrate the brand's 60th anniversary.

The Mini Remastered Marshall Edition differs from the rest of David Brown Automotive's Mini Remastered range thanks to the unique aesthetic style of the passenger compartment and body. A total of 60 new cars were produced, and 60 cars were produced in a unique Marshall Black exterior color with a dark chrome finish and Marshall Gold paint. Similarly, the 12-inch black wheels with the original Mini design also feature gold trims and a distinctive Marshall-style hub cap "M" logo.

Brake calipers painted in the same color can be seen inside the wheels, and of course this color scheme is also used on the grille, which mimics the appearance of the front of the Marshall amplifier. To complete the exterior production, the music producer's logo is handmade and finished with a Marshall gold enamel.

Inside, the dashboard, centre console, instrument cluster, handbrake and doors are decorated in gold, and the pedals are engraved with the musical symbols "Skip Track" (for clutch), "Play" (for throttle) and "Pause" (for braking). The handcrafted black leather seats are stitched in contrasting gold and embroidered with the Marshall logo.

The car also made some improvements to the sound system, far beyond the in-car system on the most common cars. For example, the glove box houses the brand's new Motif ANC wireless headphones and dedicated USB charging ports. The car's best feature, though, is its trunk. Fully integrated and smooth operation of marshall DSL1 loudspeakers. It comes with a separate power supply and also comes with a Marshall Emberton portable Bluetooth speaker for more mobile gatherings.

In terms of power, the Mini is powered by a classic 1.3-liter A-series engine with a five-speed manual transmission. Marshall and David Brown Automotive will donate a portion of the proceeds from the sale to the UK charity Music Venue Trust.
