During the reporter's visit, he found that many of the public charging stations built on the streets of the city were "special call" charging piles. Therefore, the reporter contacted the Xingtai subsidiary of Tlaidian New Energy Co., Ltd. Jiao Lizhuo, its market leader, said that they have built 46 public charging stations in public places in the city, and two communities have used their equipment to build public charging piles in the community.

In Jiao Lizhuo's view, it is difficult for public charging piles to enter the community. At present, their company's public charging piles are stationed in the community less, and the biggest problem is that there is no public parking space. He said that in old residential areas where parking spaces are tight or there are no parking spaces, it is more difficult to install public charging piles. At the same time, the old residential area also has the problem of insufficient distribution capacitance, which is also one of the reasons that hinder the entry of public charging piles.

"Most of the parking spaces in the old residential area are tight, and they are all public parking spaces, which are public resources. If you agree to install a private charging pile, it will cause dissatisfaction among other residents. According to the person in charge of a community service station in Shoujing North Community, because there is no parking space with personal property rights, it is impossible to talk about installing private charging piles in the old community. Individual car owners charge from their own cables, and there are indeed safety hazards. The public charging pile into the community is not easy to achieve due to the site, basic equipment and other reasons.

At the same time, there are also many public charging piles in the urban area, which can also charge the car in time as an emergency.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, at present, the number of new energy vehicles in the urban area is more than 7,000, and more than 50 public charging stations have been built, with a total of more than 500 charging piles. From the perspective of the power data of each charging station, the utilization rate of these public charging piles is relatively low, and the construction of public charging piles in the city has advanced. This data also shows that many car owners choose to build their own charging piles or charge at home.

Since public charging piles are built by enterprises or third-party investment, low utilization rate means that the profit of merchants is low, and the enthusiasm of merchants will be reduced. However, with the increase in the number of new energy vehicles, the city will still increase the number of public charging piles accordingly.

Residents expect to take into account "charging" when renovating and building the community

Co-charging piles provide the necessary conditions for entering old residential areas. Mr. Hu, a resident of Tallinn Community in Xiangdu District, said that he learned that in Tianjin and other places, under the cooperation of charging pile operators, residential properties and neighborhood committees, public charging piles have been successfully introduced into the community, and these convenient practices have made him full of expectations for the construction of public charging piles in local old communities.

For the residents of the new community that has been built, the reporter also conducted an interview, and they look forward to the charging of new energy vehicles in the early planning of the community. "There are already charging spaces and ordinary parking spaces in other places." Ms. Zhang, a citizen, said that the new house she purchased has not yet been delivered, and there are many parking spaces for personal property rights, but the community has not planned public charging piles, and she feels that personal charging parking spaces or public charging piles should also be set up in the future community to facilitate the charging needs of new energy vehicle owners.

"There are many public charging piles in the urban area, but there is still room for improvement in management. Only when the post-management keeps up, the owner can charge more conveniently. Ms. Liu, a citizen, introduced that prohibiting fuel vehicles from occupying charging spaces will also increase the use rate of public charging piles.
