The RX 6400 is based on a Navi 24-core, 768 stream processors, 16MB unlimited cache, 12 optical tracking cores, OEM standard core frequency 2039/2321MHz, with 64-bit 14GHz 4GB GDDR6 video memory, and the entire card power consumption is 53W.
