Some time ago, a film with the theme of resisting US aggression and aiding Korea was released, called "Chosin Lake", which fully depicted the hardships of the war period and the early days of the founding of the Country. When our soldiers were hungry and had only frozen potatoes and even potatoes at each meal, the American soldiers ate a turkey feast, and when they waited for orders in the ice and snow, they did not know that this day was Western Christmas, and their hearts only had to fight, fight, and win.
I remember walking out of the cinema and hearing a lot of people say that there will never be Christmas again. I don't know when, chinese traditional festivals have only become synonymous with holidays, and even many people do not know the significance of the Dragon Boat Festival, Chongyang Festival, etc., so that Chinese cultural beliefs have gradually been lost; on the contrary, Halloween and Christmas Eve in the West, the streets are lively, and shops have also launched many activities for this, and young people are happy with their lights. This has slowly weakened traditional Chinese culture in terms of festival commemoration, and where can traditional customs be maintained?
Not only in the festival to reflect the meaning of "chongyang", Hollywood movies are also loved by the public, although the film shooting methods and picture special effects are indeed worth learning, but the personal heroism embodied in the film is not in harmony with Chinese culture. Since ancient times, China has advocated unity and cooperation, and extreme individualism will lead to the center of the individual, making selfish desires and greed prevail. Such values are not in keeping with contemporary society or with Chinese moral codes.
There are also foreign brands that are also respected by contemporary young people, mobile phones must use Apple, lipstick must use Givenchy, bags must carry LV... I'm in favor of enjoying a better material life, but that's not a reason for us to pursue luxury. But in the same way, if domestic goods do not step up to improve their own value, foreign imports are still hanging on every Chinese. Hongxing Erke donated a large number of materials during the epidemic, which made the people start the "Hongxing Erke" fever, but after this boom, why did Hongxing Erke still not become the first choice for most people's daily lives? Single style and not good quality are the reasons I give. Why do many people shout in their mouths to support domestic products, but they still use apples? The answer is not only to use such a simple, Huawei, Millet and other brands are cheaper, but the performance is not as strong as Apple. Similarly, if other domestic brands do not raise this awareness, then "Made in China" can only be made in China.
Even so, I still feel the patriotic enthusiasm of contemporary Chinese. The sublime and patriotic here are two aspects. Reverence is culture and material, while patriotism is thought and consciousness. So why is Chinese particularly patriotic now? Mainly because China is strong and powerful, we have enough strength to drive foreign countries crazy!
But there are always some people who worship the ocean: "Chinese are born without romantic genes, only Americans are truly poetic and romantic; don't call me Chinese name, I am not Chinese, I am an American..." Do you dare to believe that this is a native Chinese said?
In my opinion, we cannot forgive each other for any hero who died in the war, we learn from the advanced technology of other countries, learn from advanced experience, but by no means blindly agree, but critically learn.
Modern China has stood tall in the world, and we have enough capital to say the words "I am honored to be a Chinese." Patriotism in our generation is not the beginning nor the end, we are inheriting this spirit, we will also carry forward this patriotic spirit, so that generations of Chinese proud of our motherland.
