On Wednesday, according to NFLNetwork reporters, Bill and his successor Stefon Diggs renewed a four-year, $104 million contract, including $70 million in guarantees.
With the remaining two years from the previous contract, Diggers' contract will now run until the end of the 2027 season, with a total salary of $124 million.

After Dolphins' receiver Tyreek Hill received $72.2 million in security and Raiders' receiver Davante Adams received $65 million, Bill showed Diggers his sincerity. It also guarantees a reliable offensive weapon for quarterback Josh Allen, whose contract will last until the end of the 2028 season.
In the 2020 offseason, Beal traded with the Vikings to get Diggs, a four-draw pick that included one first-round pick. In the two seasons since joining Beal, Diggers has made 230 catches, advanced 2,760 yards and 18 touchdowns.
However, Diggs's initial path in the NFL was not smooth. In the 2015 draft, Diggs was not selected by the Minnesota Vikings until the fifth round. He was the 19th external receiver to be selected at that draft, and 18 were selected before him. Just as Tom Brady was selected with the 199th pick in the 6th round, Diggers went from being a low-roller pick to an inspirational story.
