To do a good job in the key work of epidemic prevention and control after the Qingming Festival, "early detection" is the key. The following notice is hereby issued on further improving the current epidemic prevention and control work:
1. During the Qingming period, all personnel with a history of living outside the city should take the initiative to report to the community and the unit, and cooperate with the implementation of 3 days of home isolation and 2 nucleic acid testing measures. Before the two negative nucleic acid results, please do not go to work, school, etc. to work and go to school. Party and government organs, enterprises and public institutions should grasp the situation of employees going out in advance, strengthen the management of personnel entering the place, strictly check the health code, itinerary code, detect body temperature, and find that the health code, itinerary code and body temperature abnormalities of the personnel, should do a good job of information registration, immediately report to the county and district epidemic prevention office or disease control agency, and cooperate with the implementation of temporary control measures.
Second, workers in key industries such as shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers' markets, postal express delivery, and construction sites should actively cooperate with the work of nucleic acid testing. In principle, the traffic inspection point personnel are tested once a day, the employees of transportation, logistics, postal express delivery, takeaway, farmers' markets, supermarkets, hotels and hotels, and five small industries are tested twice a week, the employees of the wholesale and sales of imported clothing (items), gas stations and auto repair industry are tested twice a week, and the teachers and students of the school are sampled twice a day by 20%. Implement territorial responsibilities, industry supervision responsibilities, unit main responsibilities, and individual responsibilities, and for venues and units that do not carry out nucleic acid testing frequently in accordance with requirements, the competent departments of territories and industries should strengthen supervision and inspection, and rectify and shut down as appropriate. Third, the general public should improve their awareness of self-protection, and for those who have recently had a history of living outside the city, they should take the initiative to carry out nucleic acid testing in a timely manner, carry out nucleic acid testing in a timely manner, carry out once on the 1st and 3rd days, do not eat together, do not go to public places, and do a good job of self-health monitoring in the next 11 days.
