Hip fractures in the elderly are often referred to as "the last fracture in life", the main reason is that after the hip fracture of the elderly, if there is no surgical treatment, most patients need to stay in bed for a long time; and long-term bed rest is prone to lung infections, pressure ulcers, urinary tract infections, venous thrombosis, and even pulmonary embolism and other complications, which will be life-threatening when serious.
