Moreover, chivalrous Jun also separately from the Huashan Sect and the Sun and Moon God Sect, a well-known and upright sect and a sect called the Demon Sect, indicating that "Laughing Proud of the Jianghu" and "The Book of the Dragon Slaying in the Heavens" have no story before and after.

In the seventh chapter of "Teaching Genealogy" of "Smiling Proud of the Rivers and Lakes", when Yue Buqun officially included Lin Pingzhi's entry into the Huashan Gate Wall, there was a description of the history of the Huashan Sect, and there were such words in the novel:
"Lin Pingzhi saw that a plaque between liangjian read 'Imperial Sword with Qi' written on it, the palm arrangement was solemn, and there was a long sword with a handle hanging from the two walls, the sheath of the sword was dark, and the sword spike was old, and it was expected to be the sword of the previous generations of masters of the Huashan Sect, thinking: 'The Huashan Sect has such a great reputation in the martial forest today, I don't know how many treacherous and evil thieves have died under the swords of these previous generations of masters.'" ...... Yue Buqun stood up and Said, "Lin Pingzhi, when you enter the door of my Huashan Sect today, you must abide by the rules of the door, and if you violate it, you will be punished according to the seriousness of the circumstances. This sect has been based in martial arts for hundreds of years, and although it can compete with other factions in martial arts, it is insignificant in the victory and defeat of the strong and weak for a while. What really matters is that everyone in this sect cherishes the reputation of the Master, and you must remember this verse carefully. ’”
In this paragraph, there are two places that write about the origin of the Huashan Sect, one is Lin Pingzhi's psychological activities, saying that the former grandmaster of the Huashan Sect killed many traitors and evil thieves and established the prestige of the Huashan Sect. The other is what Yue Buqun said, saying that "this sect has been based on martial arts for hundreds of years", and from the perspective of our habit of using words and sentences, it is naturally only more than two hundred years before the word "hundreds of years" can be used, so why Mr. Jin Yong did not write a clear era of "Smiling Proud of the Jianghu", of course, is a better narrative for the history of these sects. Looking at the two links, what conclusions can we draw? The most intuitive conclusion is that the Huashan Sect has a history of hundreds of years, and over the years, a number of sect-level figures have appeared, who have won the fame of the Huashan Sect with their own swords, so from these descriptions, the Huashan Sect has always been a sect that uses swords. Moreover, even Yue Buqun of the Qi Sect never denied that the Huashan Sect used swords, but Yue Buqun put forward the idea of the outline of the program, that is, the meaning of the sword and the qi who is the program and who is the purpose. The dispute between the two sects of sword qi is actually only whether it is the sword or the qi, and it is not the narrow meaning of using qi or swinging the sword!
The ceremony of Yue Buqun's entry into Mount Hua in "Smiling Proud of the Rivers and Lakes" is a very inconspicuous detail in the novel, but from this detail, the Huashan Sect has always been a sword-based sect, and there is no so-called change of sword to sword.
In addition, there are details, in the thirtieth chapter of the novel, "Secret Discussion", Master Fang Zheng and The Head of Chong Xuan Dao said a lot about Ling Hu Chong's martial arts, including the incident of Yue Su and Cai Zifeng stealing the Sunflower Treasure Book in Southern Shaolin. If it is said that the Huashan Sect only began to practice swords after obtaining the Sunflower Treasure Book, then the years of huashan Sect's sword training were inevitably too short. In the same chapter, Chong Xuan said: "The creation and fame of a sect is the accumulation of countless heroes and heroes over the centuries, who have spent countless painstaking efforts, and the number of martial artists in a set of sets is the accumulation of bit by bit and thousands of hammers, which is by no means an overnight achievement." ”

If it was only after Yue Su and Cai Zifeng obtained the treasure book that the Huashan Sect began to become a sword training, then the Huashan Sect only practiced swords for a few years, and it was only a few years that the Huashan Sect became a so-called sword sect, is this possible? In addition, the Taishan Sect has a history of three hundred years, and the Hengshan, Hengshan and other sects have also used swords for many years, and it is not very far-fetched to be able to form an alliance with a sect that has only used swords for a few years to become the Five Peaks Sword Sect. Ten thousand steps back, Yue Su and Cai Zifeng had that ability, in a few years, they could make the Huashan Sect rise to become a sword sect, and how could they still be snatched away by the Ten Elders of the Sun Moon God Sect with the help of the Five Peaks Sect, and they themselves died in the hands of others? Therefore, to say that Hua Shan became a sword sect after obtaining the Sunflower Treasure Book, it is impossible to draw this conclusion from the details of the novel.
