Cai Gen Tan is a very philosophical book that covers all aspects of Chinese philosophy of life, and if you can read this book, you can help yourself deal with interpersonal relationships and live better in a changeable world. Today, I will share with you the 20 classics of "Cai Gen Tan", and after reading these, my life will be much easier.

1. Those who are tempered by one suffering and one pleasure, and who have practiced the pole to become blessed, their blessings have begun for a long time; those who have doubts and one faith have consulted each other, and those who have surveyed the poles have become aware of the beginning.

There is suffering and pleasure in life, and only happiness that is constantly tempered in suffering can last; the same is true of curiosity, both faith and doubt, because only wisdom obtained through repeated examination and comparison with each other is true learning.

2, in the midst of adversity, all around the body are needles and stones, and the knots are not aware; in the territory of Shun, the blades and spears in front of the eyes are exhausted, and the anointing bones are not known.

If a person lives in adversity, he will be exposed to all the things that are like medical equipment to heal the heart, which will make people unconsciously practice. On the other hand, if a person lives in a favorable situation, this is equivalent to putting in front of him a sword and gun that consumes spiritual will, which will make people unconsciously corroded physically and mentally and lead to degeneration.

3, reverse poverty, is a pair of hammers to exercise Haojie. If you can be trained by it, your body and mind will be taught; if you are not trained by it, your body and mind will be damaged.

All adversity and poverty are the melting pots that temper the hero Haojie's heart. As long as this exercise can be resisted, the body and mind will benefit; conversely, if this kind of tempering cannot be endured, the body and the spirit will be hurt.

4. Sharpening should be like the gold of a hundred refinements, those who are in a hurry, not to cultivate; it is appropriate to be like a crossbow of a thousand jun, and those who are light-haired have no great merit.

Tempering one's will should be smelted repeatedly like steelmaking, and if one is anxious to succeed, there will be no profound cultivation; one should work hard like pulling open a thousand bows, and if you launch it casually, you will not be able to establish a grand cause.

5. YuYun: "Climbing the mountain is resistant to the side road, stepping on the snow and withstanding the danger bridge." The word "patience" is very meaningful, such as the human feelings of danger, the ups and downs of the world, if you can't hold on to the past by the word "patience", geometry will not fall into the hazel pit?

As the saying goes: "Climbing a mountain must be able to withstand the rough and difficult road, and stepping on the snow must be able to walk through dangerous bridges." This word "patience" has a very deep meaning, just like the sinister and sinister human condition, the ups and downs of the world, if you do not use this "patience" word to endure, how many people will not fall into the deep ditch overgrown with weeds?

6. If things are slightly reversed, those who think less than me will complain and disappear; if their hearts are a little sluggish, they will think of those who are better than me, and their spirits will be self-motivated.

When things are slightly unsatisfactory, think about those who are not in a better situation than themselves, then the resentment will naturally disappear. If you have a slightly sluggish thought in your heart, think of those who are stronger than yourself, then the spirit will naturally be lifted.

7, do not worry, do not like happiness, do not have a long time, do not worry about the initial difficulties.

Don't worry about unsatisfactory things, don't be elated by things that are temporarily satisfactory, don't be intimidated by a long and comfortable life, and don't be afraid to start with difficulties.

8, the long-term flying will be high, the pioneer Xie Du early. Knowing this, you can avoid the worry of rubbing and pedaling, and you can dispel the impatient thoughts.

Birds that have been lurking for longer must fly higher once they take off, and the earlier the flowers bloom, the sooner they will wither alone. Knowing this truth, we will be able to avoid the worries of a bad career and a lack of talent, and we will be able to eliminate the idea of impetuousness and impatience.

9, gold from the mine, jade from the stone, non-illusion can not seek the truth; in the wine of the Tao, the fairy meets the flowers, although the elegance can not be separated from the world.

Gold is extracted from the mine, and jade is carved out of the stone, which shows that there is no reality without illusion. The truth can be understood from drinking, immortals can meet in fireworks, so it can be seen that elegant things cannot be completely freed from the world.

10. The heart of a gentleman, the sky is blue and the sun is white, must not be unknown; the talent of a gentleman, the jade and pearls, cannot be easily known.

A morally cultivated gentleman should have a heart as bright as the sky and the sun, and there should be nothing to tell; and his talents should be like treasured jewels, which should not be easily seen.

11. Being a person has no lofty career, get rid of the vulgar feelings, and become a celebrity; in order to learn without much gain, to reduce the tiredness of things, it is beyond the holy realm.

12. Only when the heart is clean can you read and learn the ancients. Otherwise, if you see a good deed, steal a good deed to help yourself, and smell a good word, if you try to cover it shortly, you will also steal grain by means of a soldier.

Otherwise, after seeing the good deeds of the ancients, they will secretly imitate them to satisfy their own selfish desires, and when they hear the famous sayings of the ancients, they will be used to whitewash their own faults, which is equivalent to funding weapons to the enemy and sending grain to thieves.

13, in the loneliness of Wan Lai, overhearing the sound of a bird evokes a lot of humor; after Wan Hui destroys and peels off, he suddenly sees a branch of promotion, and he touches the infinite vitality. The visible nature is not often withered, and the machine god is the most suitable for triggering.

In the midst of all the silence, suddenly hearing a bird's song will evoke a lot of humor and elegance. After the group withered, suddenly seeing a flower blooming proudly, it would trigger the infinite vitality of the soul. It can be seen from this that the nature of all things does not completely wither, and the playful spirit of life should be constantly stimulated.

14. If you want to do things on the road, you don't want to be happy with it, and when you touch it, you go deep into Wanling; if you manage things on the road, you don't have to worry about its difficulties and retreat slightly, and when you retreat, you will be far away from a thousand mountains.

For matters of material pleasure, we must never covet things that are easy to try, and once people indulge themselves in undisciplined pleasures, they will fall into the abyss; for matters of righteousness, they must not shrink back because they are afraid of difficulties, because once they retreat, they will be separated from the truth of justice by a thousand mountains.

15. The mind must not be vain, and the void is righteous; the heart must not be unreal, but the actual material desires are not entered.

17, the former yun: "Abandon their own endless hiding, along the door to hold a bowl to serve the poor." Youyun: "Hugh, the rich and the poor, dreamed, whose stove is smokeless?" "One proverb is self-ignorant of all, one proverb boasts of all, and one precept can be disciplined for learning."

The old man said, "Don't use the gold and silver treasures in your house, but imitate a beggar with a pot and beg along the street." He also said, "A poor family that suddenly becomes rich boasts of its wealth to others, as if it were a fool's dream, but in fact, which stove does not smoke?" The first of these two proverbs is used to advise one not to be ignorant of one's nature, and the latter is used to warn those who boast of their wealth, both of which must be completely abstained from by those who are scholars.

Ropes can saw wood, water droplets can penetrate stones, so those who seek learning must also work hard to explore in order to achieve something; the convergence of various streams can naturally form a ditch, and the melon fruit will naturally break away from the branches and fall after ripening, so those who practice the tao must also let nature get the right results.

20. Zen Buddhism says, "Hunger comes to eat and sleep." The Poetry says: "The landscape in front of you is a spoken word." "The cover is extremely high in the extremely flat, and the most difficult is from the easiest; the intentional is far away, and the unintentional is close."

In Zen Buddhism, it is said, "Eat when you are hungry, and sleep when you are sleepy." The Poem says, "The scenery before you must be expressed in spoken language." "These are all words that contain the most profound philosophies in very ordinary language, while telling people to do the most difficult things to start in the simplest places."
