I still remember the first meeting with this squad leader, 1 meter 63 tall, like the sister next door, the kind face is always full of smiles, let people like a spring breeze. Everyone around her called her "Feng Squad Leader", and I also called her Feng Squad Leader with everyone. I was only in my second year of enlistment, and she gave me a very reassuring feeling that I was assigned to her class, and I was also very happy.
In the hot summer, after returning to the class after a day of exhaustion, you will see a busy figure, that is, Feng Banchang, who prepares mung bean soup for everyone; in the cold winter, after the baptism of the north wind, you can always harvest a bowl of sweet and warm brown sugar angelica boiled eggs here. Full of details, full of love, delicate hands, full of stories.
In 2011, the year she graduated from college, she came to the barracks with enthusiasm. After more than ten years of traveling to the barracks, she transformed from an ordinary soldier into an experienced and senior squad leader. One year, when a soldier in the class learned the news that she had failed the examination, she had been depressed and depressed, and the instructor arranged this task of doing ideological work to her. At that time, she was a little worried that she would not be able to complete well, but she still chatted with the warriors every day, sharing her feelings when she encountered setbacks and how to get out of the lost situation. She said: "I was also confused, did not know what the future would become, did not see hope, but I saw a sentence in the book, 'All achievements begin with a belief - persistence.'" Persistence is the root of success, and we must be ourselves persevering. So we didn't get in this time, so why don't you cheer up, keep fighting, and maybe succeed next time." ”
Later, this soldier was successfully admitted to the military academy, and the most grateful person in his heart was Captain Feng. She was always standing behind us and backing us up. On the training ground, the running figure and the strong will not to accept defeat infected all the people in our class, and it was she who we contacted the most every day, and it was she who communicated the most, which can be described as a "good teacher and friend" for all of us.
There are always many surprising arrangements in life, and there is a saying that goes like this: "Soldiers are bricks, and where they need to be moved." "In 2017, that year, at the request of their superiors, all female soldiers were assigned to another unit, and the tasks they undertook were completely different. At that time, many people were a little sad in their hearts, and when they came to the new unit, everything was strange.
Before moving to the new unit, Feng Squad Leader, as the duty squad leader of the female soldier platoon, after sorting out his mood, the first thing he did was to do ideological work for other female soldiers, arrange everything, and hand over related work. That's it, at important junctures, Captain Feng can always stand up like a big sister, answer all the confusion in your heart, and be the guide for comrades. Hadn't this confidant sister ever been confused? The answer is obviously no, and this may be a sense of responsibility. This description is probably Captain Feng, she is heroic on the training ground, never relaxing her requirements for herself, strict with herself. Outside of work, making food is her biggest hobby. On weekends, she is often seen in the back kitchen, and when the comrades-in-arms celebrate their birthdays, they will make a bowl of longevity noodles; they will also make iced mung bean soup, fruit fishing, milk tea, cakes, egg tarts.... Comrades who have tasted the food can't help but sigh: "It seems that she can do anything, and I can only eat." When youth crashes into the barracks, in this beautiful year, there will inevitably be different fireworks, and we will all bloom the most beautiful selves in the barracks. The squad leader taught us to persevere in our work, teaching us to take care of each other in life, like mothers more like sisters, like comrades-in-arms and more like friends. They influence us with words, warm us with actions, and impress us with their own stories. Looking back at yesterday, we have all changed too much.
