The Russian Ministry of Defense recently released the results of a number of new documents related to the US biological laboratory in Ukraine.
Through a study of a project between a laboratory in Kharkiv, Ukraine, in collaboration with the Lugar Center in Tbilisi, Georgia, the results showed that the laboratories had been systematically studying bat-to-human transmission of diseases from bats to humans since at least 2009, under the direct supervision of American experts.

According to the document submitted by the United States to the Conference of The Parties to the Biological Weapons Convention at the end of 2021, the United States has 26 laboratories and other cooperative facilities in Ukraine.
These laboratories are mainly engaged in the monitoring of biological conditions, the collection and transport of dangerous microbial strains, and the study of potential biological weapons pathogens that can be transmitted to humans.
It is reported that the United States has invested more than $200 million in biological laboratories in Ukraine.
Documents seized by the Russian army show that the laboratories received orders for the total destruction of biological reagents from February 24, and that everything needed to continue the military biological program has been transferred out of Ukraine.
