Qiu Bi, born on October 17, 1991, is a Taiwanese.

He was born into a family of artists to a writer's mother and a photographer father. From an early age, he dabbled in books and movies extensively, and cultivated a love for literature and images. Since childhood, he studied classical piano and also learned to draw and play the violin.
The high school was admitted to the first Performing Arts Class of the Youren Shen Drum at the top of the list, and played drums for three years. He studied theater theory and art criticism at Taipei National University of the Arts.

Although his works, such as Xianle, are ethereal and unattainable, they are all figurative. Every piece of music that abstracts from the unreal atmosphere contains a clear semantic meaning.

"I think what makes music special is that it's more autonomous. When I perform dance and theater performances, I treat music in the same way. I don't make a distinction. However, dance and theater performances need more people and more factors to present a creation together, and maybe I am just one of them.
