The sharp increase in vehicles has also put enormous pressure on traffic. Nowadays, traffic safety accidents related to motor vehicles occur frequently. 3. No points will be deducted or fined if the highway exceeds 20%. In order to improve the efficiency of road traffic, the highway deduction standard has also been adjusted. If the owner travels at a speed of 144 km/h on a section with a speed limit of 120 km/h, the owner will not be deducted points. 4. Examination C reform according to the provisions. In the new regulations implemented on April 1, the national general examination policy can be implemented to obtain a C driver's license. For example, if your own subjects 1 and 2 were taken in Shenyang and later went to Shanghai due to work reasons, then subjects 3 and 4 can continue to be taken in Shanghai.
5. Reform of the Class AB driver's license. In the past, Category AB driver's licenses were only allowed to be processed locally. Now, the new Class AB driver's license regulations can also be done off-site. It is important to note that off-site but not inter-provincial. This means that people registered in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, can get a Class AB driver's license in Guangzhou, but not in Hangzhou.
6. Motorcycles are exempt from inspection for 6 years. In addition to the above new regulations, there is another new regulation, which can be described as a real blessing for car owners, that is, the new regulation of "license plate exchange". An auspicious set of license plate numbers can bring a good mood. At the same time, a good license plate is also a status symbol. Therefore, everyone wants to get a set of number plates that are more auspicious, but not everyone can get it. The choice of license plate number is not determined by the owner, but according to the computer machine selection, which one is selected is which one, and cannot be regretted or cancelled after selection. However, after the introduction of the new policy, the long-awaited things will become a reality. As long as the following conditions are met, the license plate can be replaced.
First, the owner owns two cars at the same time. It is important to note that both cars must be in his name, which is a prerequisite for changing license plates. Many people know that due to the large population and travel needs of some families, one car can no longer meet the demand, so some families will buy two or more cars. In this case, the license plates of these cars cannot be exchanged if they are in different names, even if they are immediate family members. Third, for non-operating vehicles, the conditions for the exchange of two license plates must be dropped on non-operating vehicles. Even if both vehicles are operating vehicles, they are not allowed. One vehicle is an operating vehicle, one vehicle is not an operating vehicle, and license plate exchange can only be achieved if both vehicles are non-operating vehicles.
Fourth, in the same place of registration, many friends now work differently. Many friends work in the field and do not work in their own cities.
