Therefore, the importance of early detection and early treatment of cancer has always been emphasized in the clinic.
So the question is, which symptoms appear that may indicate cancer?
1, a certain pain: pain is the most specific symptom of all malignant tumors, almost all organs malignant to a certain extent, will be combined with pain symptoms.
In addition to the pain at the primary site, patients can also experience radiation and involved pain sensations due to the characteristics of cancer cell infiltration, metastasis, and cancer compression.
Therefore, as long as there is a frequent feeling of pain in a certain part recently, such as dull pain, tingling, traction pain, etc.;
And they can't find the cause, the pain is repeated and gradually aggravated, which may be a signal of cancer, and should be examined in time;
2, inexplicable wasting: many people mistakenly believe that only after the digestive or absorption organs become cancerous, will cause the symptoms of emaciation.
As everyone knows, wasting is also a cachexia manifestation common to malignant tumors, because cancer itself is a consumptive disease.
The division and proliferation of cancer cells requires sufficient nutrient supply, and the more cancerous it enters the metastatic period, the greater the nutrient consumption.
Affected by cancer's disruption of the digestive system through a variety of mechanisms, the patient's body will become thinner and thinner. Especially for malignant tumors such as stomach cancer, pancreatic cancer, liver cancer, etc., the symptoms of emaciation in patients are particularly obvious;
3, inexplicable lumps: if the recent sudden in a certain part of the body to the lump, these lumps are painless, poor mobility, irregular morphology, and the surrounding boundaries are not clear, then you need to be vigilant.
After many malignant tumors enter the development stage, they may reach the lump at the primary site, such as pelvic organ cancer, thyroid cancer, breast cancer and so on.
In addition, when cancer cells begin to metastasize with lymphatic vessels, the patient's surface lymph nodes may also become enlarged, and the patient may be able to reach abnormal lymph node masses;
4. Bleeding symptoms: Cancer can cause abnormal bleeding in patients through a variety of mechanisms, such as cancer invading organ blood vessels, erosion or necrosis of some cancerous tissues, and perforation of hollow organs caused by cancer.
In clinical view, if there is a long-term recurrence of sputum with blood, gross hematuria, mixed blood stool, black tarry stool, vaginal irregular bleeding, etc., it is necessary to be vigilant.
Finally, it should be emphasized that the appearance of symptoms is not necessarily related to cancer. Because cancer is difficult to diagnose in the early stages, not only because the initial symptoms are not obvious, even if the symptoms of cancer appear, they may be confused with other common diseases.
