Russia recently announced that it has found more than 30 biological laboratories in Ukraine and obtained relevant documents, which have invested more than $200 million. According to the data released by the United States itself, the United States has 26 biological laboratories in Ukraine, and the US Department of Defense has absolute control.
On March 8, U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland admitted at a U.S. Congressional hearing that "Ukraine has biological research facilities" and that the United States is working with Ukraine to prevent those "research materials" from falling into the hands of Russian troops.
The list of these biological laboratories, which was published on the official website of the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine, has been deleted but can still be accessed via a web cache, and most of them have been disclosed by the Russian side.
Based on the information released on the official website of the US Embassy in Ukraine, the Xinhua Satellite News Laboratory located more than ten of the above-mentioned biological laboratories and observed them using multi-source satellite remote sensing data and intelligent tools.
As of now, anyone can access information about biological laboratories on the website of the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine via web cache. They are named the "Biological Threat Reduction Program" and explicitly include content related to highly lethal viruses such as Congo haemorrhagic fever and Hantan.
Many laboratories also have the word "veterinarian" in their names. The Russian side's analysis of relevant documents in the Ukrainian biological laboratory found that the United States plans to carry out research on bird, bat and reptile pathogens in Ukraine in 2022, and gradually shift to the study of the possibility of African swine fever and anthrax virus in these animals, with the purpose of "establishing a mechanism for the covert spread of deadly viral pathogens."

Documents released by the Russian Ministry of Defense also show that Ukrainian Health Minister Viktor Lyashko asked medical institutions and laboratories to destroy some biological pathogens. The document was accompanied by procedures for the destruction of hazardous biological material, and the Russian side also found copies of records of the destruction of pathogens.
