On March 12, local time, the White House issued a statement declaring that on the basis of the original assistance, US President Biden once again authorized the supply of nearly $200 million of US stockpiled weapons to Ukraine. In response, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Ryabkov responded on behalf of the Kremlin that Moscow has warned Washington that the supply of weapons to Ukraine is very dangerous and that convoys delivering weapons will become legitimate targets of the Russian military.

NATO is providing massive military aid to Ukraine through an unknown Polish airfield, the exact location of which has not been revealed, but is estimated to be in the hands of the Russian side. It is unclear whether Russia would dare to attack the Polish airfield, after all, Poland is a member of NATO and will be protected by NATO's common defense mechanism if attacked, which means that Russia will have a military conflict with the entire NATO. U.S. Vice President Harris declared that the United States would protect "every inch of land" of ITS allies, and apparently Poland was included.

But once a convoy carrying weapons enters Ukraine, Russia may dare to attack. NATO Secretary-General Stoltenberg stressed that Russia is not allowed to attack convoys carrying NATO military aid, and that nato and its member states have the right to support Ukraine in exercising its legitimate right to self-defense under the CHARTER. It's unclear whether the convoy carrying NATO weapons is protected by air defense, but according to public reports, the Russian military has not yet launched air strikes against them.
