According to the report, Model T is the first electric bus produced on the basis of the MIH commercial vehicle platform, and it is also the first electric vehicle product officially launched on the road by Hon Hai, independently developed by Hon Hai's Hon Wah Advanced.
Initially, Hon Wah Advanced expects to deliver 30 Model Ts to Kaohsiung Passenger Transport, which will be delivered according to operational needs. Li Bingyan, general manager of Hon Wah Advanced, said that more than 65% of the parts used in this bus are provided by manufacturers in Taiwan.
IT Home learned that Hon Hai said that the Model T has a range of more than 400 kilometers. The vehicle has completed a rigid strength test of 200,000 kilometers of acceleration and durability and more than 1,000 hours in the vehicle test center.
According to previous reports, the Model T is also equipped with a tiltable electronic air pressure suspension system, which can tilt slightly when stopping at the station, and does not need to take too many steps to get on the train. At the same time, there is a 48-inch TV above the driver's seat.
