How to solve customer challenges in a targeted manner?
From the perspective of China's national conditions, we think that the pension may be two parts, nursing home pension and home care, such as first-tier cities and new first-tier cities, and some second-tier cities with better economic conditions, focusing on the new generation of elderly people, they have a certain knowledge accumulation and wealth base, can accept high-end nursing homes to provide for the elderly; and we have done a series of surveys and found that the current pension software on the market may be able to meet a basic needs of nursing homes, but it can not meet the needs of higher levels of service.
I think the main user needs at present are as follows:
The first point is to choose a nursing home for the elderly more purposes for their own safety, in the pension project using a lot of Ella's intelligent equipment, such as a key alarm, infrared monitoring, etc., these are to better let the elderly live in the nursing home, their safety has been greatly improved.
The second point is to abandon the pension method of relying entirely on caregivers in the past nursing homes, and smart old-age care has gradually become a major trend. Now many high-end nursing homes, it has used some like smart mattresses, smart bracelets, etc., after the collection of data of this information, it can be uploaded to the App end every day, or uploaded to the mini program end, the doctors and nurses of the nursing home collect and analyze the sleep of the elderly through these data to get their physical condition, by monitoring these sleep data to prevent myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction and even sudden death, is a very good auxiliary monitoring means.
At the same time, the nursing home connects with the children of the elderly through these intelligent software and hardware products, and the children of the elderly can understand the physical condition of their parents in real time through mobile phones, and can find some hidden dangers in the health of the elderly as soon as possible, and give him some treatment earlier, I think these are the intelligent devices, children's emotions and nursing home services integrated into an invisible net, we feel that it is called "a more friendly network".
The third point is that the elderly need social entertainment, these customers who live in nursing homes can learn about the newly launched entertainment activities every day through our APP, then customers who live in pension apartments, they may organize some activities for each other, so we launch two different sets of software for customers of pension apartments and nursing homes, which actually make some differentiating considerations.
The fourth point is to meet the needs of the elderly learning, we are in development, according to the current epidemic situation targeted planning of online courses that match the elderly, such as basic English courses, smart device application courses, and light fitness courses, not only to make the daily activities of the elderly more abundant, but also to exercise the memory of the elderly and prevent the occurrence of Alzheimer's disease.

The elderly living in the nursing home can actually be divided into self-care elderly and elderly people who need nursing care, and there may be a part of the nursing stage that completely needs nursing workers, and for this part of the elderly who need nursing care, if he is allowed to use mobile phone software to enjoy higher-level services, it is obviously unreasonable. This part of the elderly may need more is that their children can better understand the life situation and health status of their parents in the nursing home through our platform, and can better connect their children.
