"Neon gas is difficult to find a replacement, so chipmakers will look for an alternative source of neon gas as soon as possible." Tianfeng Securities pointed out that in recent days, with the heating up of the situation in Russia and Ukraine, the shortage of semiconductor special gas has risen, and the price has risen. Since Ukraine is a supplier of electronic gases, affected by the tension between Russia and Ukraine, the output of related gas materials has been blocked, which has further aggravated the rise in semiconductor manufacturing costs, and domestic materials are expected to replace the market.
