TIMS China raised $194.5 million in financing and has 400 stores

Today, TH International Limited ("TIMS China") and Silver Crest Acquisition Corporation ("Silver Crest") announced the completion of a $194.5 million financing. At present, TIMS Coffee has 400 stores in the Chinese market. TIMS Coffee entered the Chinese market in February 2019 after receiving hundreds of millions of yuan in financing from Tencent on May 12, 2020. In February last year, TIMS China received strategic financing led by Sequoia Capital China Fund, followed by Tencent Investment and Zhong Ding Capital.
