Yang Guomei, the driver of Liangjiang Bus No. 2 Branch of Chongqing Transportation Kaitou Bus Group, has won the titles of 2012 Bus Group Company Skill Pacesetter, 2012 Liangjiang Bus Company Advanced Individual, 2020 Liangjiang Bus Company Advanced Employee, etc., and is currently a passenger driver and driving skills training counselor of Liangjiang Bus 2 Branch. In five years, more than 50 new adaptive drivers have been trained. As a hobby singer, she participated in the third singer competition in Mandarin Duck Street, Liangjiang New District in 2019 and won the first prize.

Yang Guomei is 42 years old, has 14 years of bus driving experience, she has been driving the 620 bus all year round, to and from the Mandarin Duck to Nanping line, ushered in the delivery room, relying on skillful and smooth driving ability, so that more and more passengers have a sense of trust in it. Born into a rural family in Banan, Yang Guomei transferred from a conductor in 2006 and began learning to drive a bus. Yang Guomei feels that she is a baby born in the countryside, has eaten all kinds of bitterness, and her personality is more suitable for this industry. For the trainees, her first task is to make rules for them, and the bus is a responsible position, a window image, and there is no room for negligence and slackness. Once, Yang Guomei received a complaint, and only after careful questioning did she know that the tire accidentally stepped on the ditch and splashed a passerby when she was driving. Although it was an inadvertent mistake, it also reminded her to be more careful and thoughtful, so when teaching students, she would remind them to drive into deep pits on rainy days and must slow down.
The trainees who were "laid down by Yang Guomei" and left the teacher will always remember her well later, and someone came to visit her when she was sick, and said gratefully: "Master, because of your teaching, I did not violate the rules, and I was rated as advanced in the first year"; there was a "thorn head" guy who braved the heavy rain to wait for her to leave work after the successful examination, and emotionally said: "Thank you master, not you, I will be returned to the driving school."
