A post on Bandai Namco's website explains: "It is recommended that you back up your locally saved data to other places in case you inadvertently overwrite your computer's locally saved data with old saved data left in the cloud." ”

Subsequently, the Steam client released an update, and the Steam cloud synchronization issue of Eldon Law Ring should have been resolved.
