A few days ago, FAW-Volkswagen just released its 2022 full-year product plan, in which the medium-term redesign of Bora is expected to be officially launched in May. Just recently, we learned from relevant channels that the first mid-term redesign of Bora has officially rolled off the production line at FAW-Volkswagen East China Base.
The new car has been completed in January in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to complete the declaration, the overall style of the new car in the appearance has not changed, but has been adjusted to a certain extent, the internal structure of the headlights and the fog light area below are different from the current model, while the front and rear surrounds are also decorated with more chrome parts to make the vehicle more layered. It is reported that the car wash will also add a "Baikal blue" body color.
In terms of power, the new model is expected to eliminate the 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine, and the entire series will be equipped with a 1.2T engine, which has a maximum output of 85kW (116 hp) and a maximum torque of 200Nm, matching a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.
