On July 16, Zhao Weidong, secretary of the party group and chairman of the Tianshui Municipal CPPCC Committee, presided over the meeting of the CPPCC Municipal Party Group (expanded) and delivered a speech. The meeting studied General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the 30th collective study of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, revisited the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on inspecting Gansu in 2019; studied the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Promotion of Rural Revitalization; conveyed and studied the "Circular< > Notice on the Current Situation in the Ideological Field of the Cpc Gansu Provincial Committee" issued by the General Office of the CPC Gansu Provincial Committee, the spirit of the Provincial CPPCC Consultation to Extend the Work to the Grassroots Level, studied and implemented the opinions, and deliberated and adopted the "Circular > on the Current Situation in the Ideological Field of the Province". On carrying out the CPPCC consultation to extend the special supervision work plan to the grass-roots level; conveyed and studied the "List of Responsibilities for Supervision of the Change of Customs in Tianshui City"; and approved the "Proposal on Gathering Scientific and Technological Resources to Enhance the Ability of Scientific and Technological Innovation".
Zhao Weidong stressed that it is necessary to always adhere to the study of the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech with the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and instructions on inspecting Gansu, continuously strengthen the ideological consciousness, political consciousness and action consciousness of implementation, and ensure that the general secretary's instructions require that the requirements of the CPPCC be implemented in the practice of performing their duties and see practical results.
