The owner of the Qinxin Qipao Cultural Center is named Yang Cuixia, who is 43 years old this year. Nine years ago, Yang Cuixia was invited to Shanghai by Fa Xiao, who is engaged in antique business and runs a high-end cheongsam custom shop. She followed Fa Xiao to attend various qipao cultural exhibitions, visited many museums, and admired the many antique qipao in Fa Xiao's collection. Gradually, Yang Cuixia developed a strong interest in the exquisite qipao and its culture. After a series of market analysis, the study of traditional culture and qipao, Yang Cuixia and qixiao decided to establish their own qipao cultural center together. In 2017, Yang Cuixia established the Qinxin Qipao Cultural Center in Suqian and officially put it into operation.
