IT House reported on March 3 that Capcom announced that later in 2022, it will bring players a remake of Resident Evil 2/3 and a free next-generation update of Resident Evil 7.

According to reports, the next-generation update is suitable for PS5, Xbox Series X/ S, PC platforms, and will introduce ray tracing, high frame rate mode and 3D audio. Players with a PS4 or Xbox One version of the game will get the next-generation version of the game for free, and the PC version will be automatically upgraded.

In addition, for the PS5 version, Capcom will fully adapt the DualSense gamepad for all three games, including haptic feedback and adaptive trigger.
