The 3rd couplet: Born full of filial piety, dead and loyal, struggling with this body to repay the king, enduring humiliation and injustice, the people of Zhishi renren weep now; the tide is in the tide, the sunset is in the tide, the river and the sea are popular with the mighty qi, the disaster is defended, and the ancient heroic spirit of the Wu mountains and rivers is more and more.
This couplet is a couplet written by Qianlong about Wu Zixu Temple. In order to avenge himself, Wu Zixu endured humiliation and injustice, helped the State of Wu to dominate, and eventually invaded the State of Chu to avenge the snow and hatred.
Wu Zixu was very loyal to the State of Wu, but was not understood by fu cha, and eventually Wu Zixu died unjustly, becoming a "tide god" in folklore.
Shanglian praises Wu Zixu's filial piety to avenge his father, and his "loyalty" to Wu Guo, and the contrast between life and death is stark, which makes future generations extremely moved.
Xialian praises Wu Zixu's transformation into a tide god after his death, leaving a mighty aura in the heavens and the earth, "defending against disasters" for the common people and benefiting the world.
The couplet highly praised Wu Zixu, reflecting Qianlong's absorption and obedience to Han culture, and also reflecting Qianlong's good literary skills.
Some friends may wonder, this couplet is not neat, Ah, Wu Shan Yue Shui Gu Ying Ling can not be the Zhi Shi Ren Ren now weeping ah. Some friends said that in the tide, the sunset in the tide is not worthy of full filial piety, and death is all loyal.
In fact, this is the self-pairing rule of the couplet. Towards the tide and sunset in the tide, this is the structural battle.
In the same way, the full filial piety of life and the full loyalty of death are opposed to each other.
Zhishi Renren now weeps, and the two words of weeping are similar in meaning, usually used together, but they can be regarded as feelings and crying.
In the same way, the two words of yingling, ying and ling are opposites, so there is no need to care about the confrontation between the upper link "weeping" and the lower link "ying ling".
After reading more couplets, I naturally understand what I mean. Friends who don't understand couplets, no matter how much I say, it is useless.

The 4th couplet: pheasant fan row clouds, red singing sword pendant; warbler spring to send warmth, willow green flag.
This is the couplet of Qianlong's Writing YinianTang. The couplets are brightly colored, the sound and color are harmonious, and the picture sense is full, which makes people see the couplets like seeing the scenery, and the level is quite extraordinary.
The 5th couplet: refers to the Thousand Peaks of the Clouds, Xinghuai Shu Dao; Listen to the Songma Wanlai, and enter Brahma.
This is the couplet that Qianlong wrote about the Fanxiang Temple", "Laiyuan Zhai", and the magic of the couplet lies in the fact that it is developed from the word "Laiyuan", cleverly integrated into the name without trace, and it is quite intentional.

Folk tales, Qianlong likes micro-service private visits, a certain year during the Spring Festival, Qianlong sneaked out of the palace gate and found that there was no lantern hanging in front of the gate of a shoe store, and there was no couplet posted on the gate.
Qianlong wondered, "Why is it cold and clear for the New Year?" Then Qianlong went in and asked the shop owner.
The shop owner said: "Last year's business was particularly bad, and I couldn't open the pot anymore." I don't have the money to ask my husband to write the Spring Festival. ”
Qianlong likes to be vassal and elegant, and naturally will not miss this opportunity to write couplets.
Qianlong said, "Bring the red paper and I will help you write the Spring Festival League for free." ”
Then, Qianlong wrote down this Spring League. The couplet is mainly written around the "shoe" business of the shoe shop owner, and the use of elephant words has formed a good rhyme.
At the same time, "play the poor ghost to go" and "pull into the god of wealth", the language is colloquial, and the verb selection is very accurate and elegant, which is very level.
The owner of the shoe store looked at it, liked it very much, and thanked him one after another: "Thank you sir, thank you, thank you." ”
Not long after, someone recognized qianlong's handwriting at the door of the store, and it spread at once. The shoe store was suddenly worth a hundred times, the business was booming, and the owner of the store smiled and blossomed.
The 7th couplet: Yao Shunsheng, Tang Wujing, Wuba Qixiong Ugly Foot Ear, Han Zu Tang Zong, also a famous horn, the rest of the worship will be crowned Marquis, but the flag is thrown umbrella to run the dragon set;
The Four Books white, the five sutras quoted, the sons of the hundred miscellaneous songs, Du Fu Li Bai, can sing a few random bullets, in addition to chewing words, are begging for money and begging for food and playing monkeys.
There is another version of this couplet: Yao Shunsheng, Tang Wujing, Wuba Qixiong Ugly Ear, Yi Yin Taigong is a trickster, and the rest worship will be crowned marquis, but the flag will be shouted as a slave;

In fact, this kind of folklore, the authenticity is difficult to verify, let's think it is Qianlong's handwriting.
Shanglian combines the shengdan net end ugly on the opera stage with the historical figures they play, saying that the role of history is actually the "sheng dan net end ugly" on the big stage of life.
Throughout the ages, only the characters of Yao Shun Tang Wu, Wu Ba Qixiong, and Han Zu Tang Zong can be counted as protagonists, and as for the other characters, they are all dragon runners.
Xialian looks at opera from the perspective of the literati, saying that the Four Books and Five Classics are the recitation of white in opera, the learning of the Hundred Sons and Hundred Schools is the miscellaneous songs in opera, and du Fu Li Bai's poems can only be regarded as "random bombs" in opera.
The remaining literati works are even more invulnerable, and can only be regarded as the level of "monkey playing" on the street.
