It is understood that Ma'anshan City and Isesaki City in Japan were established as sister cities in November 1989. Since 1999, the city's young children have actively participated in the city's annual international children's painting exhibition, aiming to express children's hearts with children's paintings and promote cultural exchanges between the two citizens.

The prefectural education bureau actively organized participation, and selected and sent five works of elementary school students this time, four of which won awards and participated in the exhibition, and the participating authors and instructors received certificates issued by the Isesaki City International Exchange Association, and the author also received a souvenir of Isesaki City.
