It is understood that Guangdong Qingneng was established in 2020, which is a regional headquarters center set up by Qingneng in the Pearl River Delta region that integrates advanced technology research and development, fully automated production and domestic and foreign sales, and is committed to promoting the large-scale application of hydrogen fuel cells in transportation and power. At the same time, Qingneng co., Ltd. has achieved a breakthrough in the mass commercial application of heavy trucks in the field of high-power fuel cell stacks, of which the 150kW stack of the VLSII series is widely used in fuel cell demonstration projects such as tractors, dump trucks, and box trucks in many parts of the country.

Among them, the first phase of the Wanjia Smart Energy Demonstration Community implements the construction of the demonstration community with the Danqingyuan built by Zhongyan Tyco as the carrier, covering an area of about 100,000 square meters, and the fuel cell cold, heat and power combined power supply equipment is installed in the community, and the intelligent energy management and control system is introduced to realize the complementarity of wind, photovoltaic and electrical multi-energy.

After the completion of the laboratory, it will effectively promote the research and development of key technologies for advanced hydrogen production, fuel cell materials and integrated key technologies, fuel cell powertrain and intelligent network key technologies and key technologies for hydrogen safety, and form a platform for hydrogen energy technology innovation, talent training and industrial promotion.
With the implementation of the national "double carbon" strategy, the development of the hydrogen energy industry has ushered in new opportunities, and the development of the hydrogen energy industry has become an important task for the South China Sea to accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system of "two highs and four new". In 2019, the "Proposal on Accelerating the Construction of the "Hydrogen City" new South China Sea" put forward by the district CPPCC members was selected as the key supervision proposal of the district governor, contributing the wisdom and strength of the CPPCC to the development of hydrogen energy in the South China Sea.
In the past three years, Nanhai has successively issued relevant policies such as the "Foshan Nanhai District Hydrogen Energy Industry Development Plan (2020-2035)", the "Foshan Nanhai District Hydrogen Energy Emergency Support Plan" and the "Foshan Nanhai District New Energy (Hydrogen Energy) Municipal and Logistics Vehicle Promotion and Application Implementation Plan (2021-2025)", forming a relatively complete policy system and guiding the agglomeration and development of hydrogen energy industry elements. At the same time, the Number of Hydrogen Energy Enterprises and Institutions in the South China Sea has now exceeded 100 from more than 20 hydrogen energy enterprises and institutions in 2009, with an increase of nearly 4 times, and the high-quality development of the industrial chain tends to be complete.
Located in Danzao Town, Nanhai District, Xianhu Hydrogen Valley, planning area of about 48 square kilometers, is based on Xian lake as the core, with hydrogen energy industry as the direction, with talents and science and technology as the driving force, around the hydrogen fuel cell, core components, powertrain and hydrogen power vehicle and other hydrogen energy vehicle manufacturing industry chain, to create a hydrogen energy technology center with scientific and technological research and development, intelligent manufacturing, display and exchange, innovation services in one, relying on the "one lake, one city and three parks" to build an internationally renowned independent hydrogen energy technology pioneer, High-end hydrogen energy industry agglomeration and advanced hydrogen energy social demonstration area. In addition, Danzao has also gathered many well-known hydrogen energy enterprises such as Guangdong Yunliang and Guangdong Edelman, forming a relatively complete hydrogen energy industry chain with domestic independent intellectual property rights.

At the same time, we will make full use of the first-class technical resources of Foshan Xianhu Laboratory and vigorously promote the transformation of Danzao hydrogen energy technology achievements. Huang Zhibin, deputy governor of the Nanhai District Government, said that although the hydrogen energy industry in the South China Sea has made certain achievements, it is still in the stage of cultivation and development, and if it does not advance, it will retreat, and many problems and obstacles still need to be overcome and solved. He hoped that the relevant departments of the hydrogen energy industry should use a broader vision and a longer vision to understand and study the development of the hydrogen energy industry, use more pragmatic measures to support the implementation of the CPPCC proposal, improve the quality of the development of the hydrogen energy industry, and continue to promote the construction of the "hydrogen country hydrogen city" new South China Sea.
