It is understood that since April this year, the temperature has risen and changed rapidly, the maturity rate of crayfish has also accelerated, the amount of shrimp in the field has increased, and the market price has also decreased compared with the same period last year, with an average price of about 20 yuan a catty, and it is a good time to eat crayfish.
