Her representative works include "Warm Spring", "Love Full Courtyard", "Watching Happiness", "Big Girl When Marrying", etc., of which "Daughter Love" has won the first prize of Heilongjiang Provincial Performance.
In 2005, Lu Yuan played her mother in the TV series "Watching Happiness", and with her outstanding performance of the elderly with dementia in the play, she won the 25th China TV Drama Feitian Award for Outstanding Actress at the age of 78, becoming the oldest winner of the award.
